Extended Warranty Plan
The Extended Warranty Plan
effectively covers all TSMS hardware components for a period of 1 year after the initial
warranty period. Free phone support is also included for the extended warranty
period. If any TSMS hardware component fails during the extended warranty
period, it will be replaced free of charge, including shipping, within 24 hours.

Certification/Verification Plan
The need for Certification,
Accreditation and Verification services has greatly increased in recent years in order to
meet the requirements of ISO9001, GLP, IQ/OQ, FDA, Mil Spec and other bodies. In
order to meet these requirements, LTD Design Services now offers the
Certification/Calibration Plan for TSMS systems. Our standard plan offers an annual
visit to your facility to perform a complete certification, verification and preventive
maintenance checkup on your TSMS system. Other plans are available for users who
require more frequent certifications. This plan also entitles you to a 15% discount
off any TSMS hardware components which may be required during the plan year.
Full Service (Gold) Plan
The Full Service Plan offers
premium coverage for your TSMS system by combining all of the coverage of both the
Extended Warrant Plan and the Certification/Verification Plan. This provides you
with maximum coverage of your TSMS system and insures that there are no surprises or
unbudgeted expenses during the plan year.
