RS485 Driver V1.43 Win95/98/NT
This driver is used to provide communications between your TSMS computer
and the Eurotherm controllers in your Leistritz panel. The file is a self extracting
zip file. After downloading the file, copy it to a temporary directory and then
double-click the NIv143.exe icon. This will unzip the file. You can install
the driver by double-clicking the setup.exe icon. You can also copy the files to a
floppy disk for future use (Note: copy only the program files to a floppy, not the
NIv143.exe file).

6Bwin Configuration/Utility Software
The 6Bwin Configuration/Utility software is used to configure and test the
6B modules in your TSMS system. These module are used to process all analog signals
sent from the extruder to the TSMS system. The file is a self extracting zip file.
After downloading the file, create a directory on your C drive called 6Bwin.
Copy the 6Bwin.exe file to the 6Bwin directory and then double-click the 6Bwin.exe icon.
This will unzip the file. The file named sixb.exe runs the 6Bwin software.

Ktron KLCD Utilities
The Ktron KLCD Utility includes programs to create KLCD configuration
files, send the configuration to the KLCD panel and test the configuration. This
download includes a Word document named Ktron notes.doc, which gives a brief overview of
configuring a KLCD to run with TSMS

PLC Simulator Ultility
The PLC Simulator Utility can be used to feed data to TSMS-PLC systems.
The utility is provided as a troubleshooting tool whichs simulates the data
transfer functions of the Allan Bradley PLC to the TSMS system. To install the PLC
simulator, download PLCsim.zip to your temp directory and extract the files.
Doubleclick the setup icon and follow the instructions on the screen.

TSMS Calibration Manual
The TSMS Calibration Manual provides instructions on using 6Bwin to test
the analog inputs from the Leistritz extruder to the TSMS system. It also includes a
discussion on using Regedit to modify calibration factors for the various TSMS inputs.
This manual is provided for reference purposes only. It is strongly
recommended that you contact a qualified LTD repesentative before modifying any TSMS
parameters.

Tech Note 3503 Importing TSMS Data
into Excel
This download contains 2 parts. The first is a brief Tech Note on
importing TSMS data into an Excel spreadsheet. This file is in pdf format.
The second part is an Excel spreadsheet with a macro to quickly add a time base, in
seconds, to your TSMS data.
